Coach Scott
Football and basketball were always my sports. Baseball? I wasn’t so sure—mostly because it’s always so hot. But here I am, baseballing it out, and I’m here for the kids.
I’m a dad of three: my daughters, Lola and Arabella, and my youngest, David. I’m also a dog person who loves food and will try almost anything once.
My goal is to compete in every game and win as much as we can, while making this a fun, competitive place filled with memories and great times. I’ll give this team my all. More than anything, I want to help our kids become great human beings—not just great athletes.

What I’m looking forward to this season
“Adopting a bunch of new families into my life, truly.”
Coach’s Dugout
- Walk-up music
- Probably anything by Billy Joel or Something Corporate. My picks: “Hurricane” by Something Corporate and “Pressure” by Billy Joel.
- Could you beat the team in a footrace?
- I would definitely smoke the team out of the gate… Great torque. Horrible horsepower! 😂
- Food I could eat every day
- French fries—or grilled cheese and tomato soup.
- Most useless talent
- Turning a tiny idea into a full-scale infrastructure project.
- Favorite candy
- Depends on the mood: Hershey’s with Almonds, PayDay, or Reese’s Pieces.
- What makes me nervous?
- Scared to let a kid down. Whew.
The dogs in my life
Stabler is my dog now. Before him came many great dogs: Brandy, Lady, Ceaser, JR, Axle & Raven, Shultz, and most recently, my buddy Benson. ♥
